SUMMARY: On-load and off-load auto and truck parts into pickup or van and deliver (drive) to customers or suppliers. Stock shelves and occasionally clean shelves and stocking areas. Receive and unload inventory from shipping companies using a forklift (for those who are forklift certified).

ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Stock Shelves, counter, or tables with merchandise.
• Clean shelves, counters or tables.
• Light janitorial duties including but not limited to cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors, dusting shelves, empty trash bins, etc.
• On-load and off-load products to delivery pickups or vans. Verify invoice with inventory. Obtain a signature upon delivery and/or obtain merchandise and tally the number of units of product and verify part numbers on packing slip to product.
• Receive merchandise into inventory by off-loading inventory via forklift (with proper certification) and checking merchandise against packing slip.
• Pull orders for customers and place items in delivery bin.
• Drive to familiar or unfamiliar places with the aid of maps or verbal directions. Sequence route to enable flow of deliveries in order.
• Occasionally shuttle customers, pick up mail from post office and run other company errands.
• Follow through on any other miscellaneous duties that may be assigned by supervisors.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and/ or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Less than High School education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience. Must have a current Oregon Drivers License and have no more than one (1) moving violation in the past three (3) years. Must be able to pass annual screening by the company's Automobile Liability Insurance carrier.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Company policy prohibits the unassisted lifting of 70 pounds or more.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
